You can't expect to have a healthy mind with an unhealthy body.
Imagine this... you don't move your body (ever), you eat processed junk food for each meal, you rarely drink water, you don't go to the dentist or get your pap smears, you sleep a few hours a night and you drink a lot of alcohol with very little fresh air or sunlight in your days. Oh, and you have this mole on your neck that's been there a few years. It looks a bit weird but you're sure it's fine.
At the same time, your journaling, meditating, having bubble baths, maybe working with someone 1:1 and reading all of the self-development books.
Sure, the second bunch of things are going to be doing something positive for you but at some point in the future, your body will call it quits. You will get sick, you'll be exhausted, you'll physically feel horrible. Which then leads to your mind (and mental health) feeling horrible too.
If you want to have a healthy mind, you need to start with having a healthy body too. This is why in my first session with clients I look at the basics of their health, habits and routines!
